A crypto wallet is required to pay for a CityPay order or deposit. CityPay will always have a QR code, payment address, and payment amount on the payment page of any product.

Payment by QR scan:

  1. Open the crypto wallet

  2. Scan the QR code displayed on the payment page

  3. Confirm the transaction in the wallet

  4. Wait for confirmation of payment on the CityPay payment page


Payment using the address:

  1. Open the crypto wallet

  2. Click the Send button on the appropriate currency

  3. Enter the address provided next to the payment in the address field

  4. Enter the amount presented in the payment field on the payment page

  5. Click Pay

  6. Wait for confirmation of payment on the CityPay payment page


Note that in case of incomplete payment, the remaining payment amount will be presented as a payment amount. The exchange course will be updated every minute. It is recommended to pay the order using one transaction within one minute
